Our team of caregivers is professionally qualified and brings a wide range of pedagogical skills. They have degrees as child educators HF, social pedagogues, FaBeK or have completed other recognized training. We attach great importance to our employees continuously broadening their horizons during their employment and developing their skills through specialist and personal training. This way, they can always stay up to date.

The personalities of our caregivers shape the atmosphere and everyday life in our daycare center. In addition to an open and positive basic attitude, spontaneity, creativity and the ability to make decisions are important qualities they bring to the table. Teamwork requires them to be open, tolerant, able to deal with conflict, and willing to reflect on themselves and their actions. Because we know that a harmonious and constructive team is the best basis for a loving and nurturing care of the children.

Wherever possible, the team is involved in decisions. The areas in which this is currently the case and the areas in which it should be expanded are constantly reviewed.
Important areas in which the team can participate in decision-making include:

– Recruitment of new employees
– Use of premises and facilities
– Pedagogical topics according to strengths and interests

In order to ensure that we provide high-quality pedagogical work, it is of great importance to continuously evaluate and question it. In our team meetings, we regularly take time to reflect on our goals, working methods, current work situations and educational content. We review needs and frameworks to ensure that we can always provide the best possible service.

Once a year, we close the daycare center for a special continuing education day, during which we undergo intensive training. On this day we have the opportunity to look at new pedagogical approaches, current developments and proven methods. This further education day is an important milestone for us to expand our knowledge and gain new impulses for our pedagogical work.
